I have selected a puppy I'd like to purchase from your website. What do I do next?
To purchase one of our puppies, please feel free to give us a call (256) 200-0512 and we can walk you through putting a deposit down to reserve puppy of choice.

We accept phone calls 8am-5pm Monday-Friday. Closed Sat. &  Sun. 

Pick ups scheduled by appointment- Tuesday & Thursdays appointment only

What forms of payment do you accept?
Debit, Credit and Cash. We no longer accept checks. If we have to run a debit/credit card there is a 2% service fee added to your total on cards at check out.  

How much is a deposit to reserve a puppy?
Deposits are 1/2 the amount of the puppy. If you see an available puppy you would like to have, we recommend you to take action right away. We have a lot of families that are interested in our puppies and thousands of daily visit on the site so our puppies go pretty fast. We can not hold a puppy without a deposit. Deposits are non-refundable.
Do you offer a puppy health warranty/guarantee?
Yes, Your puppy is guaranteed to be free of all genetic disorders up until 1 year of age. Please click HERE to view our one year genetic health warranty. Your puppy will come vet checked prior to leaving to go to their new homes with vet checked signed paper work for you to show your vet of choice. We do require all our customers to get the puppy checked by a vet within 24hrs from pick-up / delivery day. If for some reason the vet says your puppy has a genetic disorder you can return it within the 24 hrs and you can pick another puppy. When shipping is necessary we must take the puppy to issue a health certificate before it can go on the plane. This assures the health of the puppy; however we still require you to get the puppy checked by your vet after delivery of the puppy.
How does pick of the litter work?

Are all dogs and puppies housed at one large kennel/facility? No, We are a team of 13 families/kennels who work together to breed. This way all adult dogs and puppies get the love and attention daily they need. Each family gives daily care & love we also start working with each puppy on potty pad/Potty training before they go to their new homes. Ask us about potty training when you call. We will help you transition the puppy into the new home.
Do you offer shipping?
DUE TO COVID -- WE ARE NO LONGER SHIPPING PUPPIES -- IN STORE PICK UP. (Depending on the weather & time of year.) We have a puppy now in every state of the USA! We use Delta Pet's First Class. We can fly your puppy to the closest international airport. Shipping is (400.00) Extra. The price includes: Vet check, a health certificate, Puppy carrier and a plane ticket.The airlines will not fly any puppy younger than 8 weeks old. It is in the best interest of the puppy to wait until they are 8 weeks before they go to their new home or longer. This gives us enough time to prepare the puppy to be on it’s own. Please understand when purchasing a puppy that delays are possible as they are not products and not shipped with a guaranteed delivery date. Also, at times if we feel the puppy is not ready to go to its new home the puppy will stay with us until we feel the puppy is ready to go to their new homes. Health is our number one concern. Puppy must be paid in full, 7 days prior to shipping date.
Is it safe to ship a puppy?
DUE TO COVID -- WE ARE NO LONGER SHIPPING PUPPIES -- IN STORE PICK UP. Absolutely! We make sure we find the shortest and best flight for your puppy. During the flight your puppy will have access to water/food and will be placed in a pressurized, temperature controlled area of the plane.

Can I pickup in person instead of having my puppy shipped?
Sure! We prefer pick ups in person. We love meeting new puppy families and educating you on how to take care of your new fur baby when picking up. We have a puppy boutique just for puppy pick ups. We are APPOINTMENT ONLY WITH DEPOSIT for pick up. This is a policy our Vet and BBB (Better Business Bureau) helped us develop and have been running our kennels this way for over 10 years. Once the puppies turn 8wks/12wks old they are available for pick up after the vet check and our vet signs off they are ready to leave to go to their forever homes. Health is one of our #1 concerns. An ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure. We like to be able to offer the warranty with our puppies and stand behind it so our customers know they are getting a healthy fur child. How does my deposit work? What if I change my mind? (TOYS AND TEACUPS REFUND POLICY)
Deposits for a puppy or pick of the litter are NON-REFUNDABLE. If you put down a deposit on a puppy or for pick of the litter but fall in love with another puppy on our website, That is Okay! As long as the puppy you originally chose is less than 8 weeks old, we can transfer your deposit to another available puppy of your choice. If your puppy was 8 weeks or older at the time of deposit, it is considered to be sold immediately.
Do you offer returns or refunds?
No, Puppies sales are final and non-refundable as described in the warranty/guarantee agreement. If you, for some reason, cannot keep your new puppy, we will be glad to help you find a new home for it.
Will my new puppy be registered?
We provide AKC,CKC, and some of our puppies are pet home only.

What vaccines do your puppies come with?
All puppies are up to date on shots and wormings for their age. Each puppy will go home with puppy shot/worming record. We will guide new owners with how to complete the set of shots as far as dates and type of vaccines when you are here to pick up your baby or before we send your new puppy home. What do I need to bring when I come to pick up my puppy? (Required) Rectangle plastic clothes basket lined with potty pads and blankets for the car ride home. This will help with the ride home. It is also a good idea to bring extra potty pads in case of potty accidents/car sickness. If your drive is over 3 hrs then be sure to bring bowls & food/water that is listed on the puppy shopping list. Required at pick up: bring your Clothes basket in for your appointment. Remember to schedule your vet check before coming to pick up. You will need to schedule for the same day or the day after pick up for your warranty. We need for your warranty the following info at pick up: Name of vet or clinic doing your puppy wellness check/vet check and appointment date/time of your vet check. Your puppy will come vet checked by our vet a few days before pick up with a signed vet certificate/shot records and up to date on shots/wormings. You will only need the wellness check no shots/wormings at your vet appointment.*

How big will my puppy get?
There are a few indicators that can help us estimate the puppy’s full grown size. We look at Sir and Dam size, Sold puppies from the same Sir and Dam size, birth weight and we also use a Puppy growth chart. We must keep in mind we are talking about live animals and not about products. Each dog has its own characteristics and must be looked at individually. We can never guarantee the adult size of a puppy - we can only estimate.
